Additional lengths and diameters
Heinrich Kipp Werk is expanding its range of U-handles: the "aluminum round" and "stainless steel round" models are now also available in additional diameters and lengths. The accessories are supplemented by end caps in the matching materials.
In future, Kipp will also be offering bow handles of the aluminum round type (K0201) in diameters of 8, 12, 16 and 20 mm. The models with a diameter of 10 mm are also available in new lengths. Kipp also has matching end caps in its range - these are available, like the bow handles themselves, in "natural anodized" and "black anodized" finishes.
A new product family (K1793) replaces the previous range of stainless steel round bow handles. It is characterized by a wide range of diameters (5, 8, 10, 12 and 16 mm) and numerous lengths. These products are made of stainless steel 1.4404 (A4); in terms of surface finish, customers can choose between slide polished and matt blasted. End caps can also be ordered separately here - they are additionally available in bright polished.
The Heinrich Kipp plant offers a wide range of U-handles, making it one of the leading suppliers in Germany. The retaining elements are used to open and close covers, panels and hoods. They are used in machine, plant, tool and fixture construction or in the IT sector on server racks and rack cabinets. However, U-handles are also required for use on furniture - for example on cabinet doors and drawers - and in rehabilitation and medical technology.
To cover a wide range of requirements, Kipp offers square, round and oval models as well as curved handles in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic. Special anodizing processes and coatings ensure better surface protection - Kipp handles are thus also protected against corrosion and thus particularly durable. Production in the company's own production facility takes place on a highly flexible bending cell with a 6-axis robot and guarantees not only the highest quality, but also flexibility: bent special handles are also available in small batches on request.
