Manufacturing complex machine elements from stainless steel is rarely a question of skill, but rather of cost-effectiveness. Manufacturing know-how from JNS in Japan meets sales expertise in Germany: Findling Wälzlager offers customers an extensive range of support and cam rollers as well as needle bearings made from stainless steel - quickly, reliably and also economically.

A highlight in the stainless steel range are miniature cam rollers with a shaft diameter from 2.5 mm and an outside diameter of 5 mm. Solid needle bearings from the NA, RNA, NK and NKI series as well as support rollers from the NATR, STO, RSTO and STO-ZZ series are also available in stainless steel versions. The stainless steel cam rollers KR and KRV with shaft diameters from 3 to 30 mm and outside diameters from 10 to 90 mm are also available as standard, and are characterized not least by their flexible relubrication options.
Maximum smoothness and precision

The stainless steel roller bearings are made entirely from highly hardenable martensitic SUS440C or AISI440C. This material has a high degree of dimensional stability up to 200°C and is a convincing high-temperature bearing with maximum smoothness and precision. "In conjunction with the right greasing, the stainless steel bearings from JNS are real all-round wonders," emphasizes Klaus Findling, Managing Director of Findling Wälzlager GmbH. "Which greases are used depends on the respective application." Available are, for example, greases for high-temperature and high-vacuum applications as well as FDA-approved products for the food sector. A grease with operating temperatures down to minus 50° is available for use in deep-freezing systems and deep-freeze stores.

"We have now been the factory representative of JNS in Germany for more than a quarter of a century," explains Klaus Findling. “The Japanese company has become the price leader among premium manufacturers, primarily due to its highly automated production and an employee-free night shift.”
