Profile rail guide

Fast, precise assembly

Fast, precise assembly

Norelem is expanding its product range with high-quality C-profile mounting rails and a comprehensive selection of accessories. These cold-formed profile rails – also known as installation rails or simply C-profiles – are designed for mechanical and plant engineering and are ideal for the quick and precise mounting of components, cables, sensors, and assemblies.

The mounting rails are available in systems 28 (28 x 15 and 28 x 28 mm) and 41 (41 x 22 and 41 x 41 mm). Their robust C-profile design ensures high bending and torsional strength and reliably absorbs tensile and shear forces perpendicular to the rail axis. System 41 also features pronounced serrations. Threaded plates and serrated hammerhead bolts find a secure hold in these serrations – even under high transverse loads.

Thanks to the numerous elongated holes in the mounting rails, components such as profile feet, hammerhead bolts, threaded plates, rail connectors, brackets, and support clamps can be attached quickly and easily. Universal installation solutions are created with suitable accessories. The rails can be individually shortened if required.

Flexible, robust, and versatile

"The system offers maximum flexibility," explains Almir Jakupovic, Head of Sales at Norelem. "Add-on components can be freely positioned and infinitely adjustable. Components can be replaced, retrofitted, or relocated at any time to adapt to new load-bearing and fastening requirements."

The mounting rails are available in standard lengths of 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 mm. Norelem supplies custom lengths upon request. The profiles are made of galvanized steel, making them robust and corrosion-resistant—essential for harsh industrial environments.

Typical applications range from the construction of machine and plant frames to the mounting of motors, sensors, measuring systems, and actuators, as well as the routing of cables and hoses for hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical connections. Furthermore, the mounting rails can be used in electrical engineering (cable support systems, cable ducts, riser trays), in sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology, and in pipe and fitting fastening.
