These unassuming guide rollers do heavy-duty work. They keep processes in logistics, mechanical engineering, and material handling stable, even in demanding environments. For example, they are used in high-traffic sorting systems at airports and logistics centers, serve as precise guide elements in mechanical and plant engineering, and can be found in elevators, escalators, conveyor belts, and even on massive offshore cranes. They are typically subjected to short but very frequent loads.

The Right Guide Roller for Every Application

The norelem product range includes four series of guide rollers with running surfaces made of polyurethane or polyamide. The variants are clearly distinguishable by color and designed for different load, environmental, and friction requirements.

Light brown guide rollers

Running surface made of Extrathane, 92 Shore A, leaves no marks and causes no contact discoloration. Suitable for elevators, gate guides, conveyor systems, and swimming pool covers.

Brown guide rollers

Running surface made of thermoplastic polyurethane, 98 Shore A, leaves no marks and causes no contact discoloration, compact diameter for tight installation spaces. Typical applications: conveyor belts, gate guides, elevators, and convertible tops

Silver-gray guide rollers

TPU running surface, 92 Shore A, with polyamide wheel body; leaves no marks and causes no contact discoloration. Designed for outdoor use, such as on cranes. Furthermore, the guide rollers can be used in traditional applications such as conveyor belts and elevators.

Natural-white guide rollers

Impact-resistant polyamide, 70 Shore D, the hardest variant in the product line. Suitable for high-load guides in gates, elevators, or swimming pool covers.
