Long laser line with uniform intensity

Laser Components has developed a robust laser module with a particularly long, uniform line. The new Flexpoint HD-PL laser module expands the HD series and generates a red or green laser line of up to 20 meters with uniform intensity.

This makes the laser module particularly suitable for positioning tasks in the wood and metal industries, such as cutting, sawing, drilling, and cross-marking long wooden planks or metal rods. The module meets the requirements of laser class 2, so additional eye protection is not necessary.

The robust housing meets protection class IP67 and can be used in both dusty and humid production environments, such as sawmills. Thanks to the M12 connector, the Flexpoint HD-PL module can be easily connected to the power supply. The robust housing allows for customized and rapid integration into systems and structures. Fixed or variable focus are optionally available.
