Often, it is the details that determine the practical suitability of a solution. Enclosure specialist Bopla is expanding its product range, specifically tailoring it to meet current real-world requirements. The new additions to the Alubos and BoLink product lines focus, among other things, on optimized cooling solutions and flexible enclosure sizes designed for a wide variety of application scenarios.

Through the targeted customization of proven product lines, Bopla demonstrates both manufacturing expertise and a strong customer focus. These new additions expand the portfolio:

Alubos 1680: thermally optimized and enhanced for easy mounting

The Alubos range—a line of universal aluminum profile enclosures—has received a functional upgrade. With the new ABPH 1680 KWL variant, a heatsink solution is now available for the largest size in the Alubos series. Electronic components with higher power densities thus benefit from improved heat dissipation. Simultaneously, the base section has been enhanced with integrated wall-mounting tabs. This design feature has already proven its worth in smaller variants and addresses typical operating conditions, as devices of this size are frequently wall-mounted. The combination of thermal optimization and mechanical flexibility creates additional design freedom for developers.

BoLink: new enclosure sizes offering more space for electronics

The BoLink product line is expanding its range at the upper end with two new base sizes, thereby offering more internal space for electronics and interfaces. Available in white and black, these enclosures integrate seamlessly into the existing series, which now comprises a total of three base sizes in various configurations. Like the previous models, the new sizes are also optionally available with directly molded-in wall-mounting tabs. With dimensions of 76.25 x 76.26 x 29 mm and 86.25 x 56.25 x 29 mm, they are tailored to compact applications that require additional internal volume. With these new additions, Bopla consistently evolves its portfolio in line with real-world requirements, underscoring its role as a specialist in electronics enclosures and input units. “Our customers expect solutions that integrate seamlessly into modern applications. That is why we strategically develop our product range precisely where specific needs arise, combining standard products with customized adaptations,” says Mathias Bünte, Business Development at Bopla.
