Torwegge GmbH & Co. KG has a new vacuum tube lifter in its product range - the Force-Lift. For this purpose, the intralogistics specialist is cooperating with Aero-Lift Vakuumtechnik GmbH, which developed and also produces the device. Unlike comparable products, the Force-Lift adapts to the operator's behavior and can be controlled intuitively. Thus, transport goods of any kind weighing up to 75 kilograms can be lifted, fixed and moved with just one hand. Thanks to these features, the tube lifter is versatile for use in shipping, warehousing and industry.

"As a holistic system partner for the construction of individual conveyor systems and material flow systems, we are always on the lookout for high-quality and innovative products that can expand our product range. The Force-Lift from Aero-Lift belongs to the next generation of vacuum tube lifters and fits perfectly into our requirement profile," says Uwe Eschment, Managing Director at Torwegge GmbH & Co. KG. At the same time, it is also the first and only tube lifter that adapts to natural operator behavior and not vice versa.
The Force-Lift is equally suitable for left- and right-handed users and, with a load capacity of up to 75 kilograms, is one of the strongest one-handed tube lifters on the market. Quick-change suction feet make it possible to handle both airtight and porous materials such as cartons, sacks, canisters, drums, sheet metal or wood.

The horizontal rotation function allows the transported material to be rotated up to 360 degrees at any time. The innovative control element also ensures the precise transfer of loads by 90 degrees, from the vertical to the horizontal position. Without transport material, the device can remain free-floating in a parking position. This means that the Force-Lift offers advantages for a wide variety of areas and can be used equally in order picking, loading and unloading, shipping or in the warehouse. "The flexible device plays to its strengths wherever goods are moved quickly and frequently, making it the ideal complement to Torwegge's proven solutions for optimizing material flow," says Eschment. The simple guidance of the device also keeps the rate of operating errors low.

Thanks to the instinctive operability provided by the turning and swiveling functions, the transport goods can be maneuvered without long training periods and the tube lifter is also suitable for those skilled workers who only occasionally perform these activities. Thanks to its ergonomic design, employees are also relieved of additional workloads. "Force-intensive work processes are a thing of the past, and work that is easy on the joints is guaranteed. Injuries and downtime of the users are avoided," says Eschment. On request, the Force-Lift can also be customized according to the individual requirements of the application area.
