Precise configuration, maintenance and control remotely via Bluetooth & app

The existing Perma product portfolio is completed by the new Perma Star Vario Bluetooth. The Bluetooth function enables remote configuration, maintenance and control of the lubrication systems. Through the Perma Connect app developed in-house, the precision lubrication systems can be conveniently controlled and monitored in real time. The remote installation of the lubrication systems outside of hazardous areas thus made possible increases occupational safety.

Perma Star Vario dispenses regardless of temperature and pressure during the ongoing production process in a temperature range from -40 to +60 °C. With numerous dispensing time settings (1 to 24 months, monthly or weekly intervals) as well as four different sized LC units (60, 120, 250 or 500 cm³), it is possible to respond to individual requirements at the lubrication point. The LCD display is operated via a setting button and is simple and self-explanatory. Settings on the drive, which can be reused several times, can be changed at any time. The Perma Star Vario's pressure build-up of 7.5 bar supplies the lubrication points via a hose supply line of up to 5 m.

Numerous applications

The electromechanical single-point lubrication system is suitable for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings, sliding guides, open gears, racks, spindles, shaft seals and chains. Perma Star Vario meters the lubricant extremely precisely and is ideal for lubricating electric motors with precisely prescribed relubrication quantities. The lubrication points are also sealed against the ingress of water or contaminants.

Seamless transition to the future of maintenance

The new generation is compatible with all components of the previous systems. All previous actuators and LCs can continue to be used, as can accessories and battery sets. To ensure that every lubrication point is accessible, special connection part and mounting sets are available. These are adapted to all environmental conditions prevailing at the lubrication point, such as vibrations or humidity. Reliable lubrication with Perma Star Vario enables extended maintenance intervals and helps minimize plant downtime. Plant safety is significantly increased.
