Stainless steel range expanded
RK Rose+Krieger has expanded its portfolio of Robust Clamps, a clampable stainless steel pipe connector. With the new size, these sturdy, corrosion-resistant connectors are now also available for 50 mm diameter pipes.
The Robust Clamps product line from RK Rose+Krieger includes clampable stainless steel pipe connectors. They are a cost-effective alternative to complex custom or welded designs for connecting heavy loads in a force-fitting, shock-resistant, and dynamically resilient manner. Previously, the pipe connectors were available in sizes 18, 30, and 40 mm. The new size now also covers cross-sections of 50 mm. When developing the new size, RK Rose+Krieger focused on the requirements of handling and automation.
Suitable for hygiene-sensitive applications
All Robust Clamps are electrochemically passivated, meaning they are electropolished in a final step. This makes them more durable and easier to clean than elements made of untreated stainless steel. This makes Robust Clamps from RK Rose+Krieger ideal for use in fixtures and systems in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Their design, characterized by smooth contour transitions, low surface roughness, large slots, and blind holes, also prevents dirt accumulation, making them ideal for food-related applications.
Minimal Unit Weight
Robust Clamps feature an optimized wall thickness ratio. This ensures minimal unit weight. Their strength lies in their ease of assembly, which is achieved using standard tools via an internal thread and external hex screws. A silicone cover protects the threads from dirt and damage. RK Rose+Krieger offers the new size, as well as all other series types, in angle, cross, foot, and flange versions.
