System with larger load range

With the GTV light height adjustment system from Rose Systemtechnik, machine workstations can be designed ergonomically very easily. The flexible support arm system for panel PCs and control housings has now been expanded to include a new load range. This means that even more companies can use the system to reduce the physical strain on employees, reduce downtime and increase their productivity.

The GTV light is available in various versions with strokes of 400 mm, 600 mm and 800 mm. Previously, the permissible load range was between 5 kg and 25 kg. In response to numerous customer requests, Rose has now increased it to 5 kg to 34 kg for the versions with 400 mm and 600 mm stroke. "This has significantly expanded the application area of ​​the GTV light," says Tobias Büsching, HMI product manager at Rose Systemtechnik GmbH.

With the GTV light, the position of the panel PC or control housing can be adjusted exactly to the height of the respective operator. This means that the workplace can be set up in accordance with the latest ergonomic findings. This enables a significant increase in productivity, as employees are less likely to be absent and can move around optimally.

The GTV light, in combination with the GTN II from Rose, enables panel PCs and lightweight control housings to be connected to machines or systems. Unlike conventional support arm systems, the GTV light in combination with the GTN II can be swiveled away not only horizontally, but also upwards. By swiveling vertically out of the work area, the operator has an unrestricted view of the work area of ​​his machine and can thus monitor the processes unhindered.

Thanks to its slim design, the GTV light is particularly suitable for applications with confined work spaces. The height adjustment system can be freely positioned and can be pulled up or down without having to press a release button. Thanks to the high protection class IP54, the GTV light is protected against dust and splash water. Rose has subjected the system to strict load tests and can therefore guarantee a service life of 25,000 double strokes. In addition to the standard versions of the GTV light, Rose also realizes customer-specific solutions – e.g. in individual colors and with special cable routing.
