When hygiene meets high pressure

Extreme hygiene requirements, aggressive cleaning agents, and high-pressure jets—Findling Wälzlager has added the new High Protection series from FYH to its product range precisely for these conditions. The stainless steel bearing units with IP69K protection class can withstand even the toughest washdown processes and ensure maximum operational reliability.

The stainless steel bearing units with protection class IP69K withstand high-pressure water jets, extreme temperature fluctuations, and high humidity. No water or dust could penetrate during testing in accordance with ISO 20653 – this was confirmed by independent tests and audits. For users, this means maximum operational reliability even under extreme operating conditions.

Particularly relevant for food production: the bearings are pre-lubricated ex-works with NSF H1-certified lubricant. This means they can be used safely in the immediate vicinity of machines for processing and packaging food.

Technically, the series impresses with several protective mechanisms: a sealing lip on the slinger reliably repels liquids and dirt. In addition, a sealing lip between the slinger disc and the radial seal provides a second protective barrier. As a third barrier, a double-lip RS seal against the inner ring ensures top-class sealing. The bearing units are available in numerous housing types and, thanks to their compatible dimensions, can be easily used as replacements for standard products.
