Parker Hannifin announces the expansion of its SensoControl portfolio with a new generation of controllers and switches, further strengthening its position in intelligent monitoring and control for fluid technology and industrial applications across automotive manufacturing, agricultural off-road machinery, and power generation.

Developed and manufactured in Germany, this new, updated family of controllers draws on more than 20 years of experience. It offers faster response times, higher measurement accuracy, and a robust IP67-rated industrial design, enabling more stable, efficient, and reliable systems in demanding environments.

The expanded SensoControl range comprises four variants—SCLTSDI, SCLSDI, SCTSDI, and SCTSDI-Modular—thereby covering a broad spectrum of pressure, level, temperature, and process monitoring tasks, ranging from compact standalone controllers to modular, scalable system designs. All variants share a standardized platform featuring VDMA-based menu navigation, harmonized parameter structures, and IO-Link as a standard feature. This facilitates the implementation of consistent, future-proof architectures for OEMs and end users alike. At the same time, the addition of a 0–10 V output option ensures easy integration into established analog systems, while the robust, industrial-grade design of the entire series enables reliable operation across diverse applications and markets worldwide.

The SCLTSDI is a combined digital level and temperature switch featuring IO-Link, multiple probe lengths up to 1000 mm, an analog option (0–20/4–20 mA), and a new 0–10 V output option for highly flexible tank monitoring. This makes it particularly suitable for industrial and mobile hydraulic tanks where both level and temperature must be precisely monitored within a single, compact device. The SCLSDI is a digital level switch with IO-Link, various installation lengths, and an optional analog/0–10 V output; it offers a cost-effective, easy-to-integrate solution for applications where temperature is measured separately—such as in distribution systems, OEM machinery, and power generation tanks, where simple yet reliable level measurement is indispensable.

The SCTSDI is a digital temperature switch featuring an integrated probe available in various lengths, IO-Link connectivity, and fast, precise temperature monitoring for direct installation within the process. Its robust industrial design ensures stable operation in applications such as air and gas compressors, industrial machinery, and automotive test stands, where precise, dynamic temperature control is essential. The SCTSDI-Modular is a modular temperature switch designed for PT1000 sensors, offering a wide temperature range, a compact IP67 housing, and IO-Link connectivity for robust, decentralized temperature control. This modular approach facilitates flexible integration into agricultural and mobile equipment, as well as distributed thermal management systems in power generation and larger industrial installations.
