The Faulhaber Drive Calculator is the ideal tool for developers to find the right drive system for a specific application in record time. Its operation is simple and functional: the modern, clear user interface has been designed with optimum usability in mind, and helpful tool tips provide valuable detailed information.

For faster calculation, the program uses global presets with common average values. Of course, the presets can be adapted to individual requirements, e.g. with regard to ambient temperature, supply voltage or available installation space.

The suitable solutions are then presented to the user in a clear list of results, which he can further specify according to his needs using effective filters. Currently, the FDC allows 7 drive types and 2 operating modes to be calculated.

A detail page for each drive system shows the calculated thermal values and performance diagrams as well as other important information and data. The highlight here - the user can change the values "on the fly" and immediately recalculate and display them. In addition to the calculation, suitable controls are displayed to complete the drive system. At the end, the user can download the selected solutions as a PDF or request them directly online.
