The roller guide rail was specially designed for light to medium loads and combines optimal smoothness with an adaptable design, high reliability in dirty environments and the capability of self-alignment. This makes the MiniRoller Rail an efficient alternative to the miniature ball guide rail in many applications.

The new MiniRoller Rail from Rollon is a linear guide rail made of cold-drawn steel profile with induction hardened and honed running surfaces, and a steel or stainless steel slider with four rollers arranged in pairs. The roller guide rails feature a compact design, smooth and quiet running motions and are lightweight, which makes them ideal for applications with moderate loads.

The systems compensate deviations in parallelism of up to 0.03 mm and therefore easily offset any imprecision in mounting. The result for the user is faster and easier mounting, in addition to a high level of flexibility. Also since fewer holes and screws are needed.

The induction hardened and honed running surfaces guarantee utmost precision, maximum reliability, smooth operation and a long life. In addition, the large rollers of the MiniRoller Rail make the system insensitive to dirt and dust – ideal for use in dirty environments. Lifetime lubrication minimizes maintenance. For applications with higher requirements for protection against corrosion, heavy-duty surface coatings such as zinc-nickel or nickel plating are available. Numerous additional options, such as alternative materials or optional mounting elements, are available on request.

The adaptable design of the MiniRoller Rail allows for unproblematic integration in custom projects. With overall dimensions of 35 x 13 mm including the mounted sliders, it is very compact, which also makes it ideal for use in applications with limited space. The standard length of the linear guide rail is 1,950 mm; other lengths are available on request.
