With the RK Easymount, RK Rose+Krieger has introduced a new assembly table for control cabinet construction. The mobile workstation solution combines ergonomic and functional benefits and can thus improve productivity and work quality equally.

For its new RK Easymount workstation solution, RK Rose+Krieger has brought together products from linear technology, profile technology, connection technology and module technology. Using the electric lifting columns, the assembly table can be pivoted between 0° and 90° and the height can be set variably with a maximum stroke of 650 mm. As a result, the height and angle of the work surface can be adapted individually to the respective person and the respective working step, using the convenient 6-button hand switch. This facilitates fatigue-free working.

Flexible thanks to individual adjustment options and location-independent assembly

Employees can also equip their workstations individually. They can simply integrate accessories provided by the customer using a continuous profile slot. Profiles can be shifted quickly and easily within the profile frame using angle brackets. The control cabinet being assembled can be secured quickly with the help of slot stones. Users can adapt them flexibly to different drilling patterns of control cabinets.

Even within the production area, the RK Easymount impresses with a high level of flexibility. Optionally installable lifting, steering or fixed castors make the workbench mobile. Multiple handling steps which are usually required due to the wide range of assembly tasks with fixed locations are thus a thing of the past. Mobility is supported additionally by the MultiControl II accu control unit from RK Rose+Krieger's comprehensive product portfolio. The energy supply using commercially available rechargeable batteries makes for user-friendly commissioning of the frame.

The concept can be upgraded for further assembly tasks

The assembly table is available in two standard versions which can support a maximum load of 75 and 300 kilogrammes respectively. Thanks to one-stop supplier RK Rose+Krieger's comprehensive range of modules, the concept can be modified for a number of further assembly tasks. As a result, variants with a removable support surface profile or a split assembly surface at which two persons can work ergonomically at the same time have already been created.
