Safety couplings
For hygienic and process-critical drives
Enemac's ECV and ECW safety couplings are specifically designed for indirectly driven systems such as chain or toothed belt drives. They reliably protect drive components from mechanical overload while simultaneously meeting the stringent requirements of the food, beverage, and process industries for corrosion resistance, operational reliability, and ease of cleaning.
Thanks to their all-stainless-steel construction—without coatings or painted surfaces—the couplings withstand aggressive media, moisture, and frequent CIP/SIP cleaning cycles. This makes them ideal for hygienically sensitive production areas where process reliability, chemical resistance, and sterility are essential.
Technical Data
- Torque range: 5 Nm to 900 Nm
- Max. speed: up to 4,000 rpm
