Automation specialist Lütze is expanding its extensive portfolio of pre-assembled servo motor cables with variants for SEW servo drives.

Lütze now offers three new cable types for SEW drive technology in the area of servo cable assemblies: motor cables for SEW-CMP servo motors, feedback cables for SEW-Movidrive, and OCT (One Cable Technology) motor cables for SEW-Movilink-DDI. The company also provides matching extension cables for each of these cable types. All servo cable assemblies are available in both highly flexible PUR versions for dynamic applications, such as energy chains, and PVC versions for fixed installations. A special service: All cables are available in customer-specific lengths in 1-meter increments, starting from a quantity of one. Assembly is customized to individual customer requirements and is completed quickly, within just a few business days.

All pre-assembled cables are manufactured in Germany according to certified quality standards and are equipped with high-quality connectors. The specifications according to SEW guidelines are fully adhered to, ensuring system compatibility with all SEW drives, motors, and encoders. In accordance with SEW guidelines, Lütze integrates a coaxial conductor into its OCT cable assemblies for SEW Movilink# DDI. This enables cable lengths of up to 200 meters.

Servo cable assemblies for over 20 years

Lütze has over two decades of experience in the assembly of servo motor cables and offers solutions for drives from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, Bosch Rexroth, and Allen-Bradley. These cable assemblies are used across a wide range of industries – particularly in mechanical and plant engineering, energy and electrical engineering, and the automotive industry. Upon request, the supplier customizes the servo cable assemblies to meet individual customer requirements. The company also provides support with project planning and documentation.
