High-Precision Lifting and Lowering Conveyor for Body Shop Lines

In the fully automated production line of a premium automotive manufacturer, a Leantechnik Systems system transports vehicle bodies between several processing stations. The lifting and lowering conveyor is based on four synchronized lifgo gearboxes combined with a robust steel structure and automated control.

Thanks to its plug-and-play design, the lifting and lowering conveyor could be integrated and commissioned in a very short time – without any complex on-site assembly work. The system impresses with its precision, repeatability, and absolute reliability in continuous operation.

Fully Automated Shuttle Solution for the Packaging Industry

Leantechnik Systems developed a pick-and-place shuttle system with combined lifgo/lean SL technology for a manufacturer of high-quality consumer goods. The system transports products quickly and precisely across multiple stations – fully automatically, with minimal maintenance, and thanks to its intelligent modular design, completely scalable. The system was delivered as a fully functionally tested, complete system and commissioned according to the "plug and play" principle.
