Norelem is expanding its range of clamping elements with toggle clamps featuring a safety lock, as well as additional versions of pull clamps and quick-release clamps for industrial applications. The aim is to offer users even more options for fast, secure, and repeatable clamping, even in confined spaces and under demanding loads.

The new toggle clamps, pull clamps, and quick-release clamps ensure greater safety and process stability in manufacturing and assembly: An integrated locking mechanism reduces the risk of unintentional opening, while reliable clamping forces minimize downtime and rework. At the same time, tool-free clamping shortens setup and cycle times. Variants for tight installation spaces and different mounting positions, as well as versions made of steel and stainless steel, offer additional flexibility for a wide range of applications.

Toggle clamps: fast closure, secure hold

Toggle clamps are proven mounting and holding devices for quickly closing and securing lids, flaps, and covers. Norelem is introducing three new product families and a total of 15 new items in this range. These are available in steel and stainless steel and cover tensile forces from 1,630 N to 34,000 N.

New: Standard toggle clamps with safety lock

Norelem's standard toggle clamps are now also available with a safety lock:

  • 05825-11 (horizontal)
  • 05830-02 (vertical)

When closed, a locking hook engages securely in the base. This prevents the clamp from opening unintentionally, for example, due to vibrations or impacts. The locking hook can be easily released with one hand to open the clamp.

Also new: Heavy-duty toggle clamps

For particularly high loads, Norelem offers heavy-duty toggle clamps with a tensile force of up to 34,000 N. This version is designed for applications requiring robust clamping technology, such as heavy flaps, fixtures, or in welding and manufacturing environments.

New Side-Mounted Tension Clamps for Space-Constrained Applications

For applications with limited installation space, new side-mounted tension clamps are available:

  • Material: Steel and stainless steel
  • Holding force: up to 3,400 N

The tension clamp is particularly suitable when mounting must be done laterally on a mounting plate rather than from the front, for example, with narrow profiles, compact fixtures, or confined machine spaces.

New Quick-Release Clamps: Fast, Repeatable, Flexible

Quick-release clamps are used when workpieces or assemblies are frequently changed and a repeatable clamping position is required. Norelem expands its product range with two new horizontal variants:

Horizontal quick-release clamp with angled base

  • Material: Steel
  • Holding force: 1,670 N
  • Clamping force: 1,020 N
  • Special feature: Angled base for horizontal and vertical mounting

Horizontal quick-release clamp with full support arm

  • Material: Steel
  • Holding force: 4,500 N
  • Clamping force: 2,760 N
  • Special feature: Full support arm for modifications and individual adjustments
