The service spectrum includes drilling, milling, countersinking, threading, profile machining, and ultrasonic welding. A wide range of surface finishing techniques is also available: digital printing, screen and pad printing, laser marking, painting, powder coating, and engraving allow for both functional and aesthetic customization of the enclosures. Electronics integration for complete systems

Bopla provides comprehensive support for electronics integration, starting as early as the concept phase with development consulting. Services cover various stages leading up to the finished device, including the production of electronic assemblies—complete with mounting and testing. Modern assembly processes, such as SMD and THT, combined with extensive testing capabilities, ensure consistently high product quality. Bopla’s service portfolio also extends to the integration of displays, touchscreens, membrane keypads, cables, and electromechanical components. Functional and final tests conducted in our own laboratory ensure that finished systems are delivered with consistently high quality.

From initial concept to finished product

Upon request, Bopla handles additional process steps that significantly reduce the internal workload for the customer. These include the development of custom enclosure designs, tailored packaging and logistics solutions, and bespoke labeling. For products with special requirements, cleanroom facilities, ingress protection testing, and other services are also available.
