Positioning
One positioning system - maximum flexibility
LeanPositioning systems from Leantechnik enable cost-efficient individualised mass production. The systems are manufactured exactly according to customer specifications and can be put into operation directly.
More and more manufacturers are turning to individualised mass production to meet the increasing demands of their customers. However, multi-variant production is only economical if the existing production capacities are used optimally. LeanPositioning systems have been specially developed for this task. They are based on the high-precision, robust lifgo gear rack systems from Leantechnik and are therefore characterised by high positioning accuracy and flexibility.
One of the solutions is the three-axis positioning system (DAP). The DAP was originally designed for the cost-efficient production of different body variants on a single production line. It is also suitable for all companies that manufacture a variety of product derivatives. The lifgo rack-and-pinion gears of the DAP are driven by three decentralised servo motors via a torsionally stiff coupling. These are connected to each other using a daisy-chain method, which significantly reduces the amount of cabling required compared to conventional drives. Since all axes of the DAP can be exchanged for other axes with different technical values at any time, the user has the greatest possible flexibility and can react quickly when production conditions change.
The DAP develops lifting forces of up to 3000 N and operates with a positioning accuracy at the component fixture of ±0.05 mm and a repeat accuracy of +0.02 mm. Stroke lengths and travel speeds of the axes are freely selectable. Leantechnik designs all systems in close consultation with the customer and adapts them optimally to the requirements of the respective application. Depending on the requirements, the systems are delivered partially or functionally ready and can also be installed on site on request.
