In the new generation of the PSK precision series, the developers at Bosch Rexroth have increased the rigidity of the main body. Two accuracy classes cover different application scenarios in an application-oriented and economical manner. With a ball screw sealed on both sides and an expanded lubrication concept, the new PSK precision modules from Bosch Rexroth meet the application requirements of semiconductor manufacturing and the electronics industry even better than before.
The series comprises three sizes. They are based on a smooth, compact and rigid precision steel profile as the main body with integrated guideways. The side of the ground stop edge can be selected. This speeds up assembly and facilitates alignment of the axis. Compared to previous models, the main body is more torsionally rigid and offers higher surface moments of inertia.
Precision modules from Bosch Rexroth cover economically different mechanical requirements in clean production in two accuracy classes. The optionally available magnetic sensors can be adjusted over the entire travel range.
At the same time, Bosch Rexroth has added further lubrication versions to the lubrication concept. The standard version is greased with standard industrial lubricants. Pure preservation of the carriages and ball screws for the use of approved greases is also possible. In addition, the modules can also be connected to central lubrication systems with fluid grease. Automated relubrication increases operational reliability by eliminating human error in maintaining lubrication intervals. Designers also have greater freedom, as they do not have to consider accessibility for manual lubrication operations.
Engineering is also easy: thanks to the simple selection via the LinSelect selection and design tool and the subsequent online configuration including drive, the customized PSK solution is ready to order in just a few minutes. The online configurator guides the user safely and easily through the product specification in most common languages.
Bosch Rexroth thus digitally maps the entire engineering process, from design to order, including pricing and provision of CAD data. The order confirmation also contains a unique material number that can be used to reorder the linear axis without having to reconfigure it. In addition, the user immediately receives the associated 2D and 3D CAD data.
