Here, only the measurement is standard: In line with the launch of the product catalog, Bopla Gehäuse Systeme GmbH is restructuring its 19-inch portfolio. The customized assembly systems are divided into slide-in and desktop enclosures, small cabinet enclosures to accommodate 19-inch subracks, and front panels. In addition, Bopla manufactures special housings for PCBs outside the standard. If required, developers can obtain a service package for all solutions, from planning to sampling and series production to packaging, all from a single source. In this way, Bopla is meeting increasing market demands.

Developers can choose between metal and plastic applications for the 19-inch-compliant enclosure of their electronic systems at Bopla. All components are standardized in accordance with DIN EN 60297-3-101. Different designs and sizes as well as a wide range of accessories provide a high degree of flexibility for different applications. The product portfolio includes both standard and EMC versions. In a modular system, Bopla assembles different standard components as required. The result: customer-specific building racks or system housings in 19-inch standard.

The customizable front panels for Eurocards can be equipped with additional features such as a lift-out handle or extended with a protective cassette. With three different variants of subracks, Bopla meets customer-specific requirements, including EMC protection. While the Interzoll subrack is designed for basic applications, the Interzoll Modul components are optimal for complex and EMC-shielded applications. Interzoll Plus, actually designed as a 19-inch desktop enclosure, can also be integrated in cramped installation situations thanks to its standardized dimensions. With the special housing Interzoll Case in the standard width of 19 inches, developers get more space for horizontal PCBs with a flat installation height.

Internorm Style is a desktop enclosure as a stand-alone solution with integrated protective earth connections, good electromagnetic shielding and optional ventilation. In terms of design and flexibility, the Intertego series goes one step further: on the one hand, it can be integrated into different environments as a stand-alone design or mountable subrack. On the other hand, the metal enclosures are available in three heights, three widths and three depths as well as individual designs. The Internorm plastic surface-mount system, to date one of the few small plastic enclosures in the world, also offers a cost-efficient alternative to large subracks with a protection rating of up to IP54. Up to twelve standard subracks can be integrated in it.

Input systems and membrane keyboards can be integrated

Bopla complements the overall package in the field of 19-inch enclosures with comprehensive services along the process chain. The enclosure specialist supports its customers as early as the planning phase. With various manufacturing processes, the company is able to meet all requirements from a single source. Even special equipment such as input systems or membrane keyboards can be integrated into the 19-inch enclosures. Bopla additionally individualizes the assemblies with laser inscriptions, screen printing processes or digital printing. The assembly of the subracks and individual packaging are also part of the overall package.
