Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) enable companies to identify potential savings and increase their efficiency. Panel PCs from Rose form the basis for the programs: They are not only robust and user-friendly, but can also be precisely adapted to the application.

Due to their modularity, panel PCs from Rose offer the best prerequisites for the effective use of an MES. The reason is simple: The programs work best when the hardware is precisely matched to the application. The Panel PCs make exactly that possible, because they are manufactured according to the modular system. Users can choose from a wide range of display sizes, CPU versions and interfaces. Equipment options also include RFID readers, barcode scanners, individually assignable conventional pushbuttons, individually assignable membrane keys, and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

A central component of every panel PC is the screen. For this, Rose uses a chemically hardened multitouch glass equipped with PCAP technology. Unlike resistive touch displays, screens with PCAP technology can detect multiple finger movements simultaneously. The hardened multitouch glass is also insensitive to scratches or liquids and can be cleaned even during operation. Since the displays are non-reflective and have high light transmission, they can be read easily even from a greater distance.

For optimal connection of the panel PCs to the application, Rose offers support arm systems in various configurations as well as ergonomic height adjustment systems and stand systems. The PCs can also be easily installed using the optional patented QuickLock quick-change adapter.

If required, the operating units can be installed directly at the customer's premises. On request, Rose can also install software provided by the customer, adapt the default BIOS or the PCAP touch controller, and update the firmware.
