Now available in three sizes

With the GP42, GP56 and GP80 series, Nanotec offers high-torque planetary gearheads in three sizes. The compact modules can be adapted to individual requirements and have a long service life.

The gears are available in single- and two-stage versions. All gears are straight-toothed and made of hardened steel. This enables them to achieve a particularly high nominal torque - from 1.8 to 47.85 Nm, depending on the size.

In all three versions (42/56/80mm flange), the sun gear is mounted on the motor shaft. This mounting option is particularly space- and cost-saving. A clamping system for connecting the sun gear is available on request for the GP80.

The gearboxes are available in combination with BLDC and stepper motors. Square and round flanges as well as various reduction ratios are available for even more flexibility. Further individual modifications are possible.
