Thanks to its compatibility with many other Rexroth components, EcoShape applications can be flexibly expanded and modified.

In line with the current trend towards low-cost automation (LCA), the enhanced EcoShape fulfils the high demand for space- and cost-saving shop floor solutions that can be quickly relocated and converted. Additional connecting elements with internal clamping improve the frictional connection and enable more usable space, which benefits supermarket shelves or material trolleys, for example.

More stable and more cost-effective

The stability of the round tube system has been significantly increased. In addition to improved settlement behaviour, the dynamic load capacity has been increased tenfold. Regular retightening of the connections is no longer necessary and foundations are demonstrably more stable thanks to the new connector types. In addition, many applications can be realised more cost-effectively without additional connecting elements.

Digital engineering based on prepared models

The free MTpro planning software makes a significant contribution to the rapid realisation of EcoShape applications. The engineering tool, which can be used as installable software or as a web-based online version, contains numerous model templates for typical applications that can be easily scaled, customised and completed. The spectrum ranges from material trolleys and flow and transport racks to workstations and complete assembly islands. This means that a wide range of applications can be realised or modified in even less time, offering employees maximum comfort, ergonomics and support for routine processes.
