R+W offers the metal bellows coupling BK8 with ISO robot flange connection especially for robotics applications. It can withstand the highest demands on torsional rigidity and torque in the smallest of installation spaces. The BK8 is designed as a flange-shaft connection as standard, but can also be designed as a shaft-shaft connection upon request. The clutch is available in standard versions with maximum torque of 50 to 2,600 Nm.

All R+W couplings are designed and tested in accordance with DIN 740-2. ISO standards 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 are also adhered to. If safety couplings from R+W are used, they are of course TÜV safety certified.

In addition, the couplings for robotics and automation tasks can also be individually adapted to the environmental conditions and wishes of the machine manufacturer. With a team of experienced application engineers and a testing and testing laboratory, R+W supports customers in finding the optimal solution for their application.
