With the BSCL (Ball Rail System Compact Line) ball rail guides, Bosch Rexroth is expanding its portfolio to include a versatile, high-quality linear guide with an optimal price-performance ratio.

The new BSCL product family for medium performance ranges complements the high-precision BSHP series and is particularly suitable for economical use in assembly and handling tasks as well as for woodworking systems or feed axes of machine tools. With six sizes from 15 to 45, six carriage designs, three preload classes and the three accuracy classes N, H, P, it covers a wide range of applications. The C100dyn load capacity is up to 79,200 N, the maximum speed is 5 m/s.

With the new BSCL ball rail guides, Bosch Rexroth closes the gap between high-precision ball rail guides and simple guide solutions such as ball bushing or roller guides. This means that machines and systems can be implemented with the usual high Rexroth quality in an application-oriented manner with appropriate performance, precision and an optimal price-performance ratio.

Like all linear guides from Bosch Rexroth, the BSCL ball rail guide can be quickly and easily selected, configured and ordered online using modern e-tools. The global one
Rexroth sales and service network ensures short delivery times and maximum availability. The profile rails of the new series are in one piece in lengths of up to four meters
available and can be shortened to the desired size using simple tools. After cutting to length, the separation points only need to be deburred; complex chamfering is not necessary. In addition, the precisely manufactured rails and guide carriages of the same size can be combined with each other as desired. This simplifies logistics and reduces the effort involved

Long service life reduces maintenance costs

The sealing concept of the guide carriages prevents the ingress of chips and other contaminants and thus contributes to a long service life. The guide carriages are delivered initially lubricated and can be relubricated on all sides. Eight lubrication points increase the degree of freedom of the design. Attachment seals, sheet metal scrapers and attachment lubrication units can be ordered as accessories.
