Energy chains
Use in control centers and control rooms
Brand Control Rooms, a leading provider of equipment for security services and process monitoring based in Deventer, the Netherlands, relies on energy chain systems from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp. The aim of the collaboration is to provide high-quality workstation systems for 24/7 use that meet the requirements of a wide range of industries.
Brand Control Rooms is known for its tailor-made workstation systems in alarm reception centers, control rooms, trading rooms and control centers, among others. The company offers turnkey solutions for all industries that work intensively with control and monitoring technologies. The references range from projects for police and fire control centers to the monitoring of complex industrial processes.
When developing its systems, Brand Control Rooms pays particular attention to the aspects of occupational safety, ergonomics and durability. Control rooms and control rooms are designed to serve at least 10 to 15 years in intensive 24/7 use. The requirements for the components supplied are correspondingly high. A challenge that Tsubaki Kabelschlepp was happy to accept.
"We are delighted to be working with Brand Control Rooms," commented Werner Eul, Head of Industry & Product Management at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp GmbH. "The company's expertise in developing high-quality, tailor-made workstation systems for demanding applications perfectly complements our innovative energy chains for the interior design and office furniture segments."
Cable management for up to 14 screens
A key element in Brand Control Rooms' workstation systems are monitors, which play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling processes. In addition to individual 24-inch to 55-inch monitors, the systems offer space for up to two rows of seven screens each. Thanks to the split-level design of the desk, the screens can be electrically adjusted from sitting to standing height independently of the worktop. With a desk with a straight worktop, there is also the option of electrically adjusting the depth of the monitors.
To ensure that its workstation systems are permanently and safely supplied with power and data, Brand Control Rooms relies on energy chain systems from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp. Next-generation EasyTrax plastic energy chains are used, which are particularly well suited to this demanding application thanks to their compact size.
"The ET1455 energy chain used is particularly compact and also known by the nickname 'the fast slat'," explains Werner Eul. "The reason: It has flexible slats into which cables and hoses can be easily pressed."
Modular system for the furniture industry
In addition to EasyTrax, Tsubaki Kabelschlepp provides the furniture industry with the PROTUM® Office series - either as standardized sets for OEM series production or as individual versions for projects. Thanks to its modular system, the series can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of conditions and offers numerous individual design options. The linkless energy guide chains are easy to install and quiet in operation. The elegant design allows for clean and visually appealing integration into (office) furniture. With the "Clip" side part, plug strips, adapters, batteries and other components can be easily integrated into the system.
