Stöber is consistently moving towards digital twins and already offers a comprehensive digital service: Stöber enables its customers to quickly access relevant information using a QR code on the nameplate of the respective product. The drive specialist thus simplifies the search for operating and assembly instructions, spare parts lists or information on the technical features of a specific system or component. After scanning the QR code, users are redirected to the Stöber product ID card, which bundles all of this information. In addition to entering the serial number, it is also possible to search using the delivery note or invoice number. Alternatively, the product ID is available on the Stöber website.

Another service offered by the Pforzheim drive specialist is the Stöber Configurator. With this online tool, users can intuitively put together the right drive solution from the extensive product range with just a few clicks. Numerous filters and comparison options are available to them. You can sort the series according to the cheapest price, performance or size. Depending on the filter settings, the program automatically shows the best match, which can then be configured to fit perfectly. Convenient: Each configuration is visualized using virtually rotatable CAD models. This allows machine builders to check the installation position of their gear motor in advance, for example. You also get immediate access to the associated technical data sheets and corresponding dimensional drawings. You can register and request a quote, save the finished selection or share it with other people. This makes choosing the optimal product child's play.
