Perfect protection for mobile controls
Hand-held control devices enable the efficient control of production and handling processes. Rose Systemtechnik has been manufacturing high-quality, robust housings for the devices for more than 40 years. Visitors can experience the complete range of hand-held control housings at the SPS 2024 in Nuremberg.
Hand-held control devices are used to control a wide variety of applications: The areas of application range from machines and systems to scanners and measuring sensors to lifting equipment in logistics. Rose Systemtechnik has hand-held control housings in four different series that cover almost every application.
The Beluga housings are the all-rounders among Rose's hand-held control housings: They offer plenty of space for components such as handwheels, membrane keyboards or emergency stop switches. Beluga housings are ideal for controlling machines, measurement technology applications or cranes and can also be attached to walls or machine paneling with accessories. This means they are quickly accessible at any time.
Limanda hand-held control housings from Rose, on the other hand, are the first choice when large displays or membrane keyboards are to be installed. These housings meet the requirements of protection class IP65 and are self-extinguishing. By using an intermediate frame, the maximum installation depth can be increased by another 25/30 mm: This means that even complex systems can be accommodated in the Limanda housings.
The Taguan series hand-held control housings were developed specifically for data acquisition and measuring devices. Due to their special design, Taguan housings enable the installation of a wide range of components such as scanners, sensors or magnetic or chip card readers. The housings are ergonomically shaped and have a battery compartment. On request, Rose also supplies the Taguan hand-held control housings with a 2100 mAh battery pack.
The Pilot series hand-held control housings are ideal for small controllers and control panels. These housings can be used both indoors and outdoors. They are suitable for the installation of buttons, switching elements and membrane keyboards. Pilot housings are available in many designs and sizes - e.g. B. with closed cover or with front frame cover as well as with handle and integrated cable duct.
