For all applications that require linear movement and where high precision and resilience are important, norelem offers a reliable solution: Compact and flexible linear units with ball screw drive now complement the extensive linear technology range.

The new range includes three product families: linear axes with ball screw drive and profile rail guide, the version with two profile rail guides and matching clamping strips.

The ball screw drive enables precise and repeatable positioning (repeatability up to ± 0.02 mm). The low friction and high-quality materials ensure high resilience and durability even under demanding conditions. The low-wear linear units use precision ball screws of tolerance class ISO 7 with reduced axial play of the threaded nut. A cover strip made of antistatic polyurethane protects all parts in the profile from dust and dirt.

The modules are available from norelem in various sizes and configurations to meet different requirements - from compact solutions to larger systems. Thanks to standardized interfaces, they can be easily integrated into existing systems and combined with various drive technologies.

Linear axes with ball screw drive and profile rail guide

These are linear units with a single integrated zero-play guide rail system. The rail system absorbs the highest forces from all directions and offers optimal running properties when moving large masses - energy consumption is minimized and operating efficiency increased. The ball screw drive and rail guide system can be easily relubricated via the central lubrication connection. The profile and accessories such as sensors can be attached to the side grooves. A ball screw carrier system can also be integrated to achieve higher speeds and longer strokes.

This variant is available in sizes 40, 65, 80, 110. The maximum stroke is 5,456 mm, the maximum axial load is 29,600 N and the maximum drive torque is 52.3 Nm.

Version with two profile rail guides

This linear unit has two parallel, integrated zero-play guide rail systems that enable high load ratings and optimal cycles for moving larger payloads at high speed. Here, too, there are grooves for fastening the linear unit and for attaching sensors and switches.

This variant is available in sizes 90, 110, 145. The maximum stroke is 1,960 mm, the maximum axial load is 14,800 N and the maximum drive torque is 24.5 Nm.
