Clamping technology
Innovative solutions for the highest demands
Norelem is expanding its range of push-rod clamps for demanding applications in metal and woodworking as well as in mechanical engineering. The new clamping elements impress with their robust construction, versatile application possibilities and high holding forces of up to 33,350 N.
Push-rod clamps from Norelem are ideal for precise and reliable clamping and holding processes in production. They are used, among other things, to fix workpieces during processing when grinding, milling or welding in metalworking. In furniture manufacturing, for example, they are used to hold wooden parts securely when sawing and planing. They are also used in the electronics industry, for example when assembling and fastening circuit boards, electronic components and devices.
Stable, versatile and flexible
Whether welding, milling or planing - push-rod clamps from Norelem impress with their high strength and stability. Their functionality is based on a push rod that is moved via a knee lever. This movement generates the necessary clamping force to hold the workpiece securely. Most push-rod clamps can be operated by pushing or pulling, as they lock in the closed and open position. This means they can be flexibly adjusted for different clamping tasks.
With 10 new families (05837-10 to 05837-28), Norelem is expanding its range to include push-rod clamp variants with holding forces from 500 N to 33,350 N, which offer the right clamping technology for every application and optimally complement the existing versions. They are made of galvanized steel or A2 stainless steel, so the stainless steel variants are corrosion-resistant. The push-rod clamps are durable and have oil-resistant plastic handles.
Wide range of applications - easy integration
The new push-rod clamp variants are ideal for quickly and safely clamping and releasing workpieces. In addition to mini and standard push-rod clamps made of steel or stainless steel with holding forces of up to 3,150 N and steel versions with a holding force of up to 6,675 N, Norelem also has a rotating version with a holding force of up to 2,000 N in its range. Horizontal, weldable and heavy versions are also available. All models can be mounted either by screwing or welding and can therefore be flexibly integrated into existing systems.
