Enemac's safety clutches ensure effective protection against expensive repairs and production downtimes through precise torque limitation. They offer rapid mechanical separation of the drive train in the event of overload and reliably switch off harmful inertia forces and torque peaks.

ECPB series for direct drive macbe
The ECPB series combines a safety element with a release mechanism to prevent overload damage and a metal bellows attachment that enables offset compensation. It offers:
- Offset compensation:
- Axial up to 3 mm
- Lateral up to 1.4 mm
- Angular approx. 1°
- Easy-to-assemble clamping hubs:
- Backlash-free and force-locking connection between shaft and coupling
- Simple and quick clamping for minimal downtime during maintenance
- Flexibility in shaft diameters:
- From 5 mm to 130 mm
- Optional keyway on customer request

For challenging environments, Enemac offers the corrosion-protected variant ECPB_KS. This is especially suitable for outdoor applications or in areas with high levels of moisture. The measures include:
- Surface treatment: nitrocarburized or gas nitrided and oxidized
- Coated disc springs
- Stainless steel components for balls and other small parts
