Compact, powerful and robust

The brushless DC motors of Oriental Motor's BLE2 series leave almost nothing to be desired. In addition to a wide selection of gearhead versions and an electromagnetic brake, food-grade grease and high protection ratings up to IP67 are also available. These features make the motors the optimal drive element for applications in the packaging and labeling industry.

The constructive optimization of the BLE2 drives has resulted in increased performance and efficiency. In addition, the new driver has a slim housing due to the optimal arrangement of the internal parts, so that the motor requires even less space in the application than the previous version.

Oriental Motor offers the BLE2 brushless motors with output powers from 30 W to 400 W and speed control ranges from 80 rpm to 4000 rpmand users can also choose from five different gearhead types, including a spur gearhead or a right-angle gearhead with a hollow shaft. Since the BLE2 drives feature an optional electromagnetic brake, they can also be used in vertical applications. The electromagnetic brake holds the load in position when the power is off.

The portfolio also includes BLE2 motors that meet the requirements of protection class IP67: Neither dust nor temporary submersion in water will affect their functionality. The digital control panel on the front of the matching driver ensures convenient operation of the drives. All parameters can be easily set using the buttons and a rotary knob and can be seen directly on the display.

The drives can also be put into operation using Oriental Motor's free MEXE02 parameterization software. To do this, the driver is connected to the PC via a USB cable. The connection between motor and driver is realized by pre-assembled connection cables with a maximum length of 20 meters. The cable is connected to the motor itself by a plug that is locked with a metal bracket.
