ConSense eLearning: employee training made easy

Through the further training of employees, quality in the company becomes a lived practice. With ConSense eLearning, online training courses can be created quickly and easily.

Staff training is an essential part of quality management because it ensures that all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to comply with and continuously improve a company's quality standards. The Aachen-based software developer ConSense simplifies training for companies with ConSense eLearning. The current version is now optimally aligned for use with the browser-based software solution ConSense PORTAL. It offers many innovations for even more convenient and faster creation of online training in the context of a QMS or IMS with ConSense software.

Among other things, the eLearning solution meets the needs of large companies with international locations that place high demands on compliance, multilingualism and multi-client capability. It is used together with the existing QM software from ConSense GmbH. ConSense eLearning offers numerous functions that can be used to quickly and easily create, implement and evaluate online training courses – from tutorials to interactive tests. This simplifies the implementation of mandatory training courses, in particular, for companies in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, IT and others, which often have to be carried out within specific time frames.

Highlights of ConSense eLearning at a glance:

  • Rapid creation of digital training courses such as tutorials and multiple-choice tests.
  • Simple and effective knowledge transfer to larger groups of people through online learning..
  • Efficient administration of training courses through interfaces to the ConSense Training and Qualification Management modules, which can be used to transparently manage training needs and organization.
  • Optional use of ready-made content from the ConSense Solution Store, including online courses on QM-relevant content, e.g. on topics such as data protection and compliance.

ConSense PORTAL: browser-based access for maximum flexibility

The current version of ConSense eLearning is aligned with the hosted solution ConSense PORTAL, which enables the development of web-based QM systems. This makes it possible to access the QMS or IMS independently of the end device, which provides companies with numerous advantages in their day-to-day work. These include location-independent access to the system and a reduced workload for the IT department: software updates are installed automatically and centrally by the software provider. This ensures that the management system is always up to date and also benefits from the highest security standards.

Further training with ConSense Campus

ConSense eLearning is part of the comprehensive range of training options offered by ConSense. It also includes webinars, individual training and more. On the ConSense Campus platform, companies will find digital training options that cover all phases of the QM lifecycle – from implementation and process modeling to in-depth topics such as compliance or information security. Interactive learning modules make it possible to expand knowledge flexibly and efficiently, regardless of location. Companies benefit from structured training modules that ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and can specifically promote the further training of their employees.

Networked thinking in QM: knowledge exchange at the North German Quality Day

Further training in the form of eLearning and the wide range of ConSense Campus courses make employees fit for a living quality management. But QM is more than digital knowledge and thrives on dialog. A popular practical forum for exchange is the North German Quality Day, which will take place for the 10th time in Hamburg on June 4, 2025 as a hybrid event. The event will be dedicated to the latest developments in quality and process management for a whole day. Participants will benefit from the latest news and practical tips, discuss exciting specialist topics, put together their own individual program and have space for networking and exchanging experiences on all questions relating to QM in practice, e.g. on the topic of further training. The event, which is also accessible via Zoom, is aimed at those responsible for QM and those interested in QM from all sectors and will be held at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. The organizers are ConSense GmbH, the German Society for Quality e. V. (DGQ), the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) and the trade journal QZ Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit. The program of lectures, discussion events and workshops will once again feature high-profile speakers from companies and organizations – a great opportunity to engage in direct exchange, discuss challenges, make valuable contacts and expand your own network.
