Operating mobile machinery requires high levels of concentration over long periods of time. Ergonomic workstation solutions support operators of cranes, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and other work machines in safely controlling heavy equipment. With its RK monitor mount, RK Rose+Krieger demonstrates how such solutions can be designed for monitors and touch panels.

System solution consisting of various components

The RK monitor mount is a system offering from the manufacturer's pipe connection technology. Together with the clampable pipe connector components, such as the Light Clamps, a VESA connection plate, and an RK aluminum tube, a workstation solution is created that allows operators to position displays optimally for their work.

The mount allows the monitor to be freely pivoted by 60°. Attached to the tube, it can also be flexibly adjusted to a height of 80 cm. The tilt can be locked in 15° increments. The maximum static load capacity is 10 kg, and the dynamic load capacity is 3 kg. All degrees of freedom can be adjusted separately without the need for tools.

Safe against vibrations and shocks

This way, operators always have their panel or display in view without it obstructing their field of vision. High locking and vibration resistance ensures that the position of the mounted device is securely maintained, even under rugged working conditions.

RK monitor mounts are available in six versions for a wide range of mounting options. They accommodate various connection dimensions of end devices, ensuring a high degree of flexibility. The monitor mount is compatible with RK connection technology, RK tubes, and RK profile technology. The mounting elements required for attachment, such as screws and T-nuts, are included in the scope of delivery.
