Robust cable routing for industrial applications

With the new Heluchain Plastic Link 4-45, Helukabel is expanding its portfolio of energy chain systems with a robust and high-performance energy chain specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. Among other things, the chain impresses with its easy installation and smooth running, making it flexible and suitable for numerous applications.

The Heluchain Plastic Link 4-45 has an internal height of 45 millimeters and an internal width of up to 400 millimeters. This covers a wide range of applications – from traditional mechanical engineering to intralogistics and material handling, as well as applications in packaging and automotive technology and indoor crane operation.

A key feature of the energy chain is the robust, four-point stop system. This ensures a high unsupported length and supports durable, reliable energy supply – even during dynamic movements and high loads. The combination of snap pin and rear grip enables a robust connection of the chain links, significantly increasing stability under lateral loads. Ease of handling is also guaranteed.

The polygon-optimized bending radii contribute to improved running smoothness and significantly reduce operating noise – a significant advantage, especially in noise-sensitive environments. Another plus point is the design of inner and outer plates, which ensures reliable straight running and allows the chain's pretension to be adjusted.

Helukabel paid particular attention to the chain's ease of installation. The frame stays can be opened and closed effortlessly, significantly reducing maintenance and installation times. The modular divider system is also flexible and practical: The wraparound dividers ensure secure support and allow the chain to be opened from both sides, allowing access to the cables. With shelves that can be adjusted in up to five different heights and widths, users can individually adapt the interior layout to their cable and hose routing.

Optimized sliding surfaces are available for applications requiring sliding movement. In addition, optionally integrated strain relief elements – such as clamps or horn bars – provide additional safety during operation.

With the Heluchain Plastic Link 4-45, Helukabel offers an energy chain that impresses with its technical sophistication, modular flexibility, and robust construction. It meets the highest requirements for durability, ease of installation, and operational reliability – making it a powerful all-rounder for a wide range of industrial applications.
