Linear technology for motion and positioning tasks is the focus of RK Rose+Krieger's Automatica presence. The company will present its components and system solutions from its portfolio, which includes linear units, electric cylinders, lifting columns, and control technology. Trade visitors will experience how RK Rose+Krieger uses this range of components to develop designs for everything from simple adjustment tasks to complex multi-axis systems with high precision and dynamics, tailoring them precisely to the respective application.

Live at the booth: The RK Easy Cuve mobile cobot cart

Trade visitors will experience an example created from RK Rose+Krieger's linear technology portfolio and profile technology components live at the booth: The RK Easy Cuve is a mobile cobot cart that can move freely between workstations on an assembly line and position itself independently at the target with an accuracy of 0.01 millimeters. This is made possible by the SensorBoard, which is installed in the cart's frame and controls a sensory counterpart. Unlike positioning using sensor and camera technology, this occurs regardless of unfavorable lighting conditions, dirt, or dust. The mobile cobot cart can thus be used in various scenarios without having to be reprogrammed each time.

Linear technology for continuous height adjustment

To ensure that the cobot can seamlessly continue assembly work at the target workstation, RK Rose+Krieger uses the Multilift electric lifting column from its linear technology range. This allows the RK Easy Cuve to continuously adjust the cobot's height with a stroke of up to 500 mm and fully automatically compensate for height differences between locations.

RK Rose+Krieger installs cobots from Mitsubishi and an electric drive system from Blickle in the RK Easy Cuve. Customers receive it as a fully customized, fully programmed, and ready-to-use system from a single source.
