Norelem's linear units perform precise motion tasks in areas such as handling and automation. Norelem offers a wide range of actuators as adjustment units for these applications, reliably converting received motion commands into mechanical movements.

Actuators are complete, mechatronic systems consisting of a battery-free multi-turn encoder, a gearbox, a motor, and integrated power and control electronics. As intelligent adjustment units, they convert received motion commands into mechanical movements.

In 18 different versions

Norelem's actuators (order number 85000-50) are attached to a machine shaft end or mounted on a shaft or spindle. To prevent rotation with the machine shaft, Norelem has developed a mounting kit (85000-51) consisting of a torque arm and a mounting bracket. A total of 18 actuator versions are available – for different shaft diameters, for various communication protocols, and in aluminum and stainless steel versions.

Standard parts specialist Norelem has developed the actuators specifically for its linear units. They are compatible with the 29105 linear unit, the 21250 double-tube linear unit with trapezoidal screw drive, the 21250-01 double-tube linear unit with mounting plate, and the new 29104 aluminum square linear unit.

Also compatible with the new linear unit

The newly launched 29104 aluminum square linear unit combines high rigidity, low deflection, high load capacity, and ease of handling. Using a spindle, it converts a rotary motion into a linear positioning motion. Available in three sizes, it is universally applicable and cost-effective. The highlight: The groove of the guide profile is covered with a steel strip that protects the spindle and guide nut from contamination.
