Clear signals

Whether it's a malfunction, downtime, or a material shortage – norelem's new signal towers and signal lights ensure rapid response in production. Thanks to their modular design, modern LED technology, and a wide range of accessories, the devices can be precisely configured and easily installed.

The core of the new products are the energy-efficient LED lighting elements with all-round visible continuous or flashing light. The light color – red, green, yellow, blue, or white – can be selected for specific applications and, if required, combined with siren or buzzer elements to create a signal tower. An integrated slide switch in the lighting element allows easy switching between flashing and continuous operation.

Combinable and compact

The signal towers consist of up to five freely combinable elements with an outer diameter of 70 mm. The electrical connection is made tool-free via spring-loaded terminals in the connection element – ​​fast, safe, and maintenance-free. The bayonet lock ensures a stable mechanical connection and also allows for subsequent expansion. The signal towers are also available as preconfigured complete units.

Durable and energy-efficient

In addition to modular signal towers, norelem also offers signal lights with a diameter of 62 mm or 85 mm, ideal for signaling over short (0-20 m) or medium distances (10-30 m). These durable lights can be used for up to 50,000 operating hours in a temperature range of -30°C to 60°C. Power is supplied via 24 V AC/DC with push-in terminals in the housing.

Norelem also offers a comprehensive range of accessories, including feet and mounting brackets, for attaching the signaling devices to the machine or system.
