Tramec stands for precision-manufactured gearboxes – in combination with our EM-A motors, this results in a compact powerhouse that impresses with its durability, reliability, and wide range of variants. The robust flange connection allows for easy integration into existing or new applications – even in confined installation conditions.
The EM-A motors have been specially developed for industrial requirements – with high power density, low-vibration operation, and thermally optimized design. This not only reduces space requirements, but also energy consumption and heat generation in the machine room.
IE5 ready – for maximum energy savings
A special highlight: EM-A motors already meet the efficiency requirements of class IE5 according to IEC TS 60034-30-2 – and are therefore well prepared for future energy efficiency directives in Europe and worldwide. Compared to conventional asynchronous motors, they significantly reduce energy losses – especially in applications with partial load operation or frequent load changes. This not only reduces electricity costs, but also the machine's carbon footprint.
Combining them with modern Mitsubishi Electric frequency inverters allows the efficiency potential to be further exploited. The drive adapts flexibly to the actual power requirement – for intelligent and sustainable operation.
