The Eschweiler-based linear technology specialist has once again expanded its range of ball transfer units. Three innovative products from the British manufacturer Alwayse are now available: easily integrated ball transfer tables and two ball transfer models for particularly heavy loads.

Ball transfer units are particularly effective in material flow technology and wherever heavy loads need to be moved – whether in the glass industry, sheet metal processing, assembly line assembly, or container handling. In addition to the standard range, Rodriguez also offers customized solutions with ball transfer units, ball transfer tables, and complete systems.

Ball Transfer Tables for Multidirectional Movement

The new ball transfer tables ensure greater ergonomics and efficiency when transporting heavy or bulky goods, for example in packaging lines, inspection stations, or warehouse environments. They can be easily integrated into existing systems such as conveyor belts or workbenches. With a load capacity of up to 220 kg and optional accessories such as side guards or height adjustment, they are versatile in their application.

Robust Ball Transfer Units for Extreme Applications

The "888" ball transfer unit offers state-of-the-art technology for heavy-duty applications. With a load capacity of up to 450 kg, improved corrosion protection, a reduced noise level (62 dB), and an optimized dirt separation system, this ball transfer unit is particularly suitable for industries such as construction, energy, and aerospace. Thanks to its conical body, installation is also particularly easy.

Now available is the "805" ball transfer unit, a classic from Alwayse that has proven itself for decades in air freight, among other applications: it has a load capacity of up to 350 kg, is temperature-resistant to -30°C, and has a reduced noise level of 64 dB – listed in IATA guidelines.

With these products, Rodriguez offers even more choices for efficient, safe, and durable transport solutions, expanding its portfolio to approximately 150 different ball transfer units, including models with load capacities from 10 to 5,000 kg and ball diameters from 12.5 to 120 mm. The range includes universal rollers, flange rollers, miniature versions, heavy-duty rollers, and particularly high-performance high-tech variants – ideal for a wide variety of applications and industries.
