Entered content is immediately available in the system.

System content such as guidelines, process descriptions, or internal communications can be linguistically optimized by AI. The artificial intelligence handles the revision, shortening, or addition of texts, thus supporting clear, consistent, and error-free communication. Additionally, AI can be used to compile action proposals for existing tasks based on available information. This empowers employees or teams to react more quickly and clearly, and to manage actions more efficiently.
