An exact inventory is therefore difficult - unless you have the right helper at your disposal.

The system consisting of a cable length measuring device and cloud-based software offers industrial, commercial and craft companies an ideal solution to significantly simplify and speed up the inventory of stored cables and lines. The idea is as simple as it is ingenious: the Aufmaster measuring device is connected to one end of the cable with two clamps - it does not matter whether the cable is wound or laid out. The device then uses a patented measuring method to determine the length of the cable and automatically transmits this to the associated Aufmaster app. The operator can view and save all recorded cable lengths conveniently and clearly on a tablet or smartphone - without the hassle of winding and unwinding.

The app transfers the data in real time to the company account at Aufmaster via the Internet. The cloud-based software controls and manages various projects, inventories and several measuring devices that are attached to different cable drums. The progress of the inventory can also be tracked and documented live. The result: less effort and therefore more time for other tasks.

The Aufmaster measuring device is suitable for cable cross-sections from 0.25 mm² and recognizes lengths between ten and 1,500 meters. The Aufmaster app can also be used to inventory other C items and other consumables.
