In industry, components for further processing or storage must be moved precisely to a specific location every day. With its leanSYSTEMS systems, Leantechnik offers the optimal solution for these tasks. The lifting and positioning systems are based on high-precision rack and pinion gears and are precisely tailored to the requirements of the application.
leanSYSTEMS systems move car bodies from one processing station to the next, lift surgical ceiling supply units to the appropriate height for quality control, or position bottles in blister packs. The lifting and positioning systems are designed in close consultation with customers. They owe their high precision to the lifgo® and lean SL® rack and pinion gear units from Leantechnik : they achieve a positioning accuracy of up to 0.002 mm (lifgo hp®), lifting speeds of up to 3 m/s, and can move loads weighing up to 2.5 tons. For applications without transverse force absorption, Leantechnik has developed the lean SL® rack-and-pinion gear units. They achieve lifting speeds of up to 0.6 m/s and lifting forces of up to 25,000 N. The gear units are manufactured according to the modular system and can therefore be combined as required.
Leantechnik manufactures customer-specific lifting and positioning systems in a wide variety of designs. Under the name leanGANTRY, for example, complex sorting systems, transfer systems or gantry systems are developed. leanP&P pick-and-place systems can be an alternative for the use of robots. leanLIFT systems are used as lifting tables or lifting columns in many applications in manufacturing and logistics. leanSHUTTLE systems transport materials or components quickly and reliably, leanPOSITIONING systems place them exactly at their destination.
All leanSYSTEMS systems are available as partially and functionally ready versions. The user can not only freely select all parameters: Upon request, Leantechnik will also be happy to design a customized leanUNIQUE special gear unit as the basis for the system.
