Fixing systems for measurement technology
Norelem is expanding its range to include modular fixing systems for measuring technology. They ensure safe and precise measurement results by positioning test parts optimally. In automation, precise measuring technology is crucial to ensure product quality through continuous monitoring of measurement and test data. Norelem stands out from the competition here with its flexible modular solution.
Fixing systems help to fix test parts securely and with repeatable accuracy using the lowest possible clamping force. Norelem deliberately sets itself apart from clamping technology and "only" speaks of fixing systems, since significantly lower forces are required to set up complex systems. The standardized modules enable quick changeovers for constantly changing measuring tasks, including in labeling, laser and dosing technology, handling and the food industry.
For one-off fixation and recurring measuring tasks
Norelem has various solutions for common measuring technologies in its range: fixations for tactile measurement of parts on coordinate measuring machines, for optical measuring methods as well as surface and contour measurement, and on request also for other methods.
Norelem offers a large selection of combinable standard modules, including base holders, add-on modules, manipulation units and clamping elements. Thanks to the uniform interface, they can be precisely fixed and reassembled to form new devices again and again with repeatable accuracy - a resource-saving and cost-effective solution. In addition, all measuring points can be reached in one clamping.
Easy to assemble, disassemble and reuse
Clamping component sets can also be ordered, each for coordinate measuring machines, surface and contour measurement and for optical measuring methods. The sets consist of a predefined selection of products; basic, add-on and clamping elements are always included. This makes it easy to assemble and disassemble simple and complex clamping and measuring devices and to clamp workpieces quickly. The wear-resistant, maintenance-free components can be adapted to new testing tasks and thus reused - without recalibration. The new quick-change pallet system also makes it possible to set up outside of the optical measuring device.
