Achieving synergy effects
Bosch Rexroth and its subsidiary HydraForce present the industry's broadest portfolio of high-quality hydraulic control solutions.
"Combining the technical strengths of Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce with an expanded global sales network creates numerous synergies," says Luca Roffi, Global Vice President Sales at Bosch Rexroth Compact Hydraulics. "Together, we aim to increase operational efficiency for customers worldwide and expand our market presence. Through continuous process optimization and technological advancements, we not only meet current market demands but also explore new, efficient possibilities for motion control."
Load-holding valves
Bosch Rexroth has developed these compact, energy-efficient load-holding valves for maximum reliability in mobile machinery such as mini excavators and front loaders. They optimize load management, reduce wear, and promote operational stability. For construction and agricultural machinery as well as material handling, they offer precision engineering at the highest level.
H and E Valve Series
The H valve is designed for excavators from three to 50 tons and improves fuel efficiency by minimizing pressure drops. The E valve series with electronic control enables precise movements and reduces cycle times. An innovative "ghost mode" optimizes energy consumption.
EHBL Digital Valve for Booms and HF-Impulse 2.0
The HydraForce EHBL valve is an electroproportional pressure relief solution that delivers a high flow rate (up to 454 l/min) with reduced energy consumption, thus increasing productivity. Combined with HF-Impulse 2.0, a user-friendly software tool, machine manufacturers can more easily program controllers, further optimizing development and maintenance.
Compact Directional Control Valves EDG-OBE
Bosch Rexroth's modular EDG-OBE compact directional control valves with integrated electronics offer high precision and reliability for aerial work platforms, forklifts, and agricultural cranes where safety and controllability are critical.
Oil Condition Sensor in Partnership with Tan Delta Systems
HydraForce's innovative sensor for real-time oil quality monitoring enables proactive maintenance and helps reduce costly downtime. Manufacturers of construction, agricultural, and mining equipment benefit from optimized resource utilization and reduced scrap.
"Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce collaborate on innovations for cutting-edge technology and have developed a range of hydraulic solutions based on state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and deep industry expertise," adds Roffi.
