Especially the servo gearboxes of the new Neco series improve performance and boost efficiency. They achieve high precision with a hysteresis loss of 0.5 arc.min and are extremely robust, due to double-bearing eccentric shafts and a bearing-mounted drive shaft. Motor shaft adaptation is achieved by means of a radial clamping ring in a low-inertia version. This reduces the inertia of the motor shaft by up to 39 percent to allow extremely dynamic cycles. For routing of cables and hoses, the RD-C gears are an ideal choice. The large hollow shaft offers a space-saving solution for the feed-through of data cables and supply lines, as well as drive shafts. For rotary positioning, the rotary indexers of the RS series have proven themselves again and again. In combination with a servo motor they can be used to implement freely programmable and highly flexible positioning units, which can readily be adapted to changing requirements in handling and assembly applications.
