Thanks to an extension of the measuring range by 6 and 8 mm, the eddyNCDT 3060 inductive displacement encoder offers even more flexibility. This means that new demanding measuring tasks in industrial processes can be solved with high precision. The sensor portfolio compatible with the controller now includes over 400 models.
The eddyNCDT 3060 combines precision, speed and temperature stability. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The system is often integrated into industrial production lines and machines. The measuring tasks include precise gap monitoring, but also the determination of shaft movements or the monitoring of the concentricity of machine parts and drive components.
Measurement accuracy can be increased via 5-point linearisation, which is possible with the DT3061 controller version. The DT3061 also offers switching and temperature outputs as well as the storage of multiple characteristic curves. The parameterisation of the eddyNCDT 3060 is carried out via a modern, user-friendly web interface, which is called up via the Ethernet interface.
